Generation of a portfolio of projects in the SICA region

Technical assistance fot the generation of a project portfolio that includes the identification of national and regional priorities, and the development of strategies for mobilizing financing sin the SICA region.

Goals

  • Study of national strategies to identify priority sectors at country and regional level.
    • Review of the financial portfolio of the GCF, GEF and AF at national and regional level.
    • Accompaniment in bilateral meetings with Nationally Designated Authorities (NDAs).
  • Network facilitation and strengthening
    • Methodological plan for Technical Consultation Meetings and Regional Strategic Meeting with the Nationally Designated Authorities of the SICA region.
    • Project portfolio prioritization tool at the national and regional levels.
    • Roadmap for project preparation (Concept Notes).
    • Support in communication material for events such as CoP29.
    • Strategic portfolio review and analysis
